Please choose carefully.
We don’t give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection.
Exchanges and refunds can be given when goods are Received faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.
In any situation of the above, customers have 24 hours after delivery to return or exchange items (or contact us) for store credit only!
Before contacting Armani Gallery regarding a return please understand the following terms of business.
- Armani Gallery will not pay for the postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or made a mistake in your ordering.
- There will be No Refunds and No Exchange on Sale items.
- Armani Gallery is not obligated to offer store credit for products that are returned damaged to our Distribution Centre or never arrive. To qualify for a credit an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit.
- If you change your mind about a purchase or request a return for a non-damage / non-faulty item there will be 25% of restocking fee and any other fee Armani Gallery has been charged by a third-party payment!
- Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the items or exchanging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request any refund or store credit, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
- Armani Gallery takes photos and does quality checks before sending out any products.
- We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We do an exchange only when the item:
– Is significantly different from the sample or description.
– Is unsafe.
